Passive Income from a PR 0 domain

Just found another ‘flaw’ on my favorite text link broker which allows me to earn as a PR 5 domain (even though the domain is PR 0 now .. advertisers still buy it like it’s still PR 5!)
..hey.. is it considered as blackhat method?
