Deepset – Malaysian postrockers

I’ve never heard of the existence of this band until My big brotha gave me the ‘copy’ of their album. Introducing Deepset , an experimental post-rock band from Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia. I’ve been always interested in digging Asian scene of post-rock and shoegaze music. Just like few years ago , I was introduced to the music that created by Damn Dirty Apes (another KL’s post-rock band) which really makes me fall in love to their album (ape kill ape) . Unlike Damn Dirty Apes , Deepset ’s songs sound more like the combination of Explosion In The Sky and Mono (Japan).
